Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nokura. This policy outlines how and when your order will be delivered.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We currently ship to the United States only. All orders ship from our US fulfillment partner and are delivered within 5–8 business days of dispatch.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@nokura.shop. We will work directly with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nokura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

International Shipping

Nokura currently does not ship outside the United States. We are working to expand our shipping regions and will announce updates on our website and social channels.
